Holidays are at High season rate. Rates are as listed on Rooms & Rates Page. We take a 50% deposit on booking (100% if 1 or 2 nights and all overseas bookings). EXTRA HUMANS(over 2) IN A ROOM ARE $35 with breakfast...$15 without. The Inn is not pet friendly but two of our cottages are...ask! Midweek busy traveler special for two or more consecutive midweek nights (Mon.-Thurs.) Check-in is 2pm to 7pm (later no problem but by appointment). We take a 50% deposit on booking (100% if 1 or 2 night). The cancellation policy that is, similar at every inspected Inn. A $45 rebooking fee applies to any cancellation, change of dates or shortening of stay before 14 days before arrival. However, cancellations within 14 days (30 days for one night stays or groups) will receive a refund for each day we can rebook less the $45. (Bookings of three or more room nights needs 30 days notice). Smoking, candles and pets are not permitted inside the Inn. Rates are based on double occupancy. All NJ taxes apply. Sorry no pets in the Inn just our cottages (Group bookings, check-in is 3pm and all bookings are taken in full, and all cancellations are subject to re-rental and a $100 rebooking fee applies) EXTRA HUMANS (over two) IN A ROOM ARE $35 with breakfast...$15 without.
